I also researched the error on the website and followed the instructions on how to remove the program, but it hasn't worked.

After installation though I am now unable to even read the HDD let alone write to the HDD. I researched and found Tuxera, and thought this would enable me to write to the HDD. I have an Ext HDD which was formatted on Vista and I was able to view files, but not able to write to the HDD. I Have just bought an Apple MacBook MC207.
